The park was sold in 2008 to someone else. I have seen great improvements to K-Wood Estates. The mobile homes have been updated and better tenants living in the park now. Thank you Main & Zora LLC, we love the things you have done to this park and will continue to live here as long as you own it..
The trailers are trash,the maintance workers or drinking on the job and the owners,well lets just say,they do illegal things.The owner shuts off the water & thats a violation of the 2007 Landlord tenant law act.!!! They dont keep their word on ANYTHING and ONLY care about money.!! You DONT wanna live in ANYTHING they own...
