Kind and competent staff. My dog is very shy with new spaces and humans, but everything went down better than I expected. I'm sure she'll soon feel more comfortable there after a few visits.
I am devastated for the loss of my grandcat, he was a very young cat and so loving. As a previous client of Main West, I can confirm their outrages prices and unclear information they provide. I know my daughter takes very good care of her babies, and I am just a shocked as her. I cannot believe what happened. I’m so disappointed.
I almost never write negative reviews, but I feel I owe it to other pet owners to share my experience. I recently lost my baby boy cat. He was only two years old, full of life, and deeply loved. What happened over the span of multiple visits to Main West Animal Hospital, combined with the emergency vet, left me heartbroken, confused, and extremely disappointed in the care he received.
