I don’t know why I didn’t come to this ultrasound clinic sooner. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Ultrasound tech was so nice, I highly recommend.
Excellent service
A clean and serene lab with highly professional staff. Attended with my wife on multiple occasions, staff was always courteous, informative and professional with us. Lots of parking for free at the back. Follow signs when you enter the building as it's a multidisciplinary/ occupancy building.
Had some bad experiences with other ultrasound places with trying to book appointments or just absolute rudeness, but this place was amazing straight from the start. Everyone is so nice there especially the ultrasound technician, she is super gentle and made me feel a lot less anxious On my first ultrasound. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to choose!
My experience doesn't include a visit to the clinic, but had to share. I called last week looking for a scan appointment and there wasn't any availability; Brooke took my information and reached out four days later with an opening. Thankfully, we had already booked, but Brooke was so kind and thoughtful. It's no surprise the review summary for this clinic is so high if this is the caliber of customer service. Thanks!
