They talked me into replacing our hot water heater with a on demand unit. What a joke. Said it would be easy to install & fit right in. WRONG. They can sell it but not service it. We have over $1500 in a piece of junk. I washed my hair in cold water this morning. Started out hot but before I could get it rinsed it was cold. Can't run the furnace & the water heater at the same time either. I was calling trying to get advice but I got tired of being told I'll call you back just to get rid of me. Last dime they get from me.
Jan 23, 2020 I wood just like thank David and Tammy, for the great job coordinating and getting my RV in for for repair. No I did not buy my RV from them I had to take it in for for blow out damage, David made sure that all the parts where on hand to keep are wait time down to minimum. There service department did a good job. If you are looking for a RV dealer ship you can take your RV in for service work, and do not want to wait month to four months to get your RV repair work done, highly recommend them.
