I went there with a broken arm. In and out x-rayed in just under 2 hours. The doctor and nurses and triage staff were amazing.
The staff were warm and caring
We checked the wait times online before coming here. It said 53 mins. We got here at 122 and as off right now it's 644. Not sure when we are getting out of here. Online says wait times are updated every 15 minutes but I call bull. They are not very friendly and seem put out if you ask them a question. It just has not been a very good experience at all.
how is this urgent care. doesnt the word urgent mean urgent instead there is one doctor and i have been sitting here for almost 4 hours. should have gone to the general. so that should tell you something.
