I went to this Urgent Care Center and later received test results through MyChart that required treatment. More than a week passed and nobody from the clinic contacted me about the results or treatment. I ultimately had to go to a separate walk-in clinic for a treatment plan. Very concerning lack of follow-up when test results require medical attention.

My personal experience from a few weeks ago was awesome. The cardio issue I was experiencing was quickly registered, triaged by the nurse, assessed by the doctor, prodded, poked, and tested over the next four hours, until they were satisfied to release me on my own. All staff from reception, medical to security were courteous and professional despite me not wanting to meet them again under these conditions. Thank you.

I've been waiting for 3 hours to get stitches removed. I remain in this chair for no reason other than sunk cost fallacy. Another half hour has passed. If I am still here by 8:30, I just might pull them out myself. It's probably not that hard. Grab a pair of scissors, maybe some needle nose pliers if they're good and stuck in there, possibly from being left alone in a waiting room for half the shift I was on my way home from, and just pluck those suckers out.
