Cathy is fantastic! She really listens and feels how your body is doing and essential oils she uses are fantastic. The second I walk in to her room I feel the stress just melt right off. It is such an amazing feeling. She knows what she’s doing and I always leave feeling more energetic and happy. She’s the best and I only will go to her from now on. Highly recommend 10/10 Oh and she has bundles you can purchase that end up being cheaper in the long run!
I was having terrible constant piriformis muscle pain for 2 weeks. When I came in I was hoping to relieve some of the intense pain but I did not expect Cathy to completely release the muscle and on top of that she was able to find other tense muscles that were contributing to the pain . She also recommended exercises to do at home and the pain has yet to come back. I’m truly grateful to have found Main Street Wellness.

I suffer from frequent tension headaches and take prescription medication to help with the pain. The headaches were getting more frequent so my doctor recommended massage therapy instead of increasing the pain medication. I started going to Cathy a couple months ago and it has dramatically decrease the frequency of my headaches. I have been able to reduce the use of the prescription pain pills by 90% thanks to Cathy’s exceptional massage knowledge and skills. I would highly recommend Cathy.
I have received too many massages to count from previous work in managing a spa. With those experiences, I can confidently say that Cathy is highly skilled, kind and professional. I 100% recommend her services and am thankful to have found her for lymphatic massage therapy sessions.
