We have been taking Smitty to Dr. John Heller for a few years now. He is the best. He takes the time to go over all the details.His staff is very friendly and they are always happy to see Smitty. The bill is very reasonable.

Dr. Heller and his staff are amazing. Always easy to schedule an appointment. Will take the time to fully explain any and all options. As long as we have pets and Dr. Heller has a practice he will be our vet.

Dr. Heller and his staff are outstanding. I showed up to his office,with no appointment with my dog who had some pretty serious wounds. Dr. Heller made time for her and worked on her the entire morning. He and his staff were very informative the entire time Sasha stayed there. They were knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I can’t thank Dr. Heller and his staff enough for making us feel so comforted. Dr. Heller takes very good care of his patients and shows extreme professionalism in their care.
Very efficient office. I love not having to be crammed into a lobby with 50 other dogs waiting for appointments, much less stressful for my older dog...and me. Dr. Heller takes the time to explain the why's and how's, cost is reasonable, and I like that he's "old school" without really being old school. The staff has always been friendly and are great at making all of my dogs feel less anxious during their visit.
