Very friendly staff!
They had very unprofessional staff because one of there older male employees kept staring at us like we weren’t supposed to be there, and we waited for 2 hours getting stared at just to have to pay 50$ for missing the last appointment
Upon entering you are greated by friendly staff, Jordanne and Christi! My Blue Heeler ( Rocket) was not nervous at all. Which was a huge plus! Suzanne met with me and we discussed everything needed ( vaccines etc) She was patient,kind and caring with Rocket and myself! Dr. Anna Bosworth entered and with her sweet smile listened to my questions with a calm and sincere demeanor. I drove from East Ridge area to see Dr. Bosworth. I absolutely love this place! They are so patient with my little baby boy diesel!
I am very pleased with this clinic.Had to have my Yorkie Ollie put to sleep on February 11th, 2025. Everyone there was so caring and sympathetic with what I was going through. They encouraged me to take all the time I needed to make the final decision. I couldn't ask for a better place to go through this. Thank you
