Back in February, I had brought my car there because my exhaust had fallen off and I needed new hooks. John had "ordered" new universal hooks and "put" them on for me and charged me. As of yesterday, I found out that they were not replaced and were tied up with strings after it had fallen off again, after they put the "new universal hooks on". Imagine that.
