Defective screens
I went to Main Street Tech Repair to get my shattered screen replaced. They got me in the same day, which I appreciated — but just one day later, the new screen started acting up. It was still usable, but clearly defective. I reached out to them and was met with a rolling eyes emoji and was told to come in Tuesday because they were closed Monday. Not exactly professional.
