This place is a scam. Said they needed to do a system reboot but promised no data loss, i lost a good amount of data and my computer is worse than when i brought it in. Brought it in for the hdmi port not working. Awaiting my money back. Finally got my laptop working again and found that a lot of my save game data is also gone. Heard back from this so called “business” and not getting money back.
