The customer service needs working on in the community overall the property was lovely but staff was all over the place.
I recently moved in and so far, I’m enjoying my new place! The leasing office was very helpful when looking at the apartment and keeping in touch with me for updates. I feel very safe in our neighborhood, it’s super quiet and kept very clean; which is very convenient. The apartments are spacious and have nice appliances. There is also a quick greenway behind the apartments that leads to Womble Park. I recommend checking this place out!
Maintenance request are always answered in a timely manner.
Best place ever. Y'all are the best.... ;) never felt as appreciated as I do with y'all never felt happy moving into a new apartment. Always dreading the comeback from the property management for issues. This never happened here, any concerns I had were taken care of immediately. As before, I've never had a reason to smile when I contacted property Management until now. If you're looking for a place to move, come here
