Amazing caring team. I called them a couple months ago about potentially euthanizing my dog and they were helpful in finding a clinic that could do it and met me with amazing compassion. Yesterday I brought my kitten in to be neutered and he decided to be spicy for them and we all had a good laugh about it. When I called them today and said his cone was too small they replaced it and put it on him for me.
They were all absolutely helpful and so kind. They were right on everything from the very moment we stepped in and provided a safe space for us all. They care for the animals as their own and the most professional people I have met in a long time. My family and I appreciate them the most. Mordecai was apart of our family and I'll be forever grateful of how they treated us and didn't waste a second to get the help he needed. Thank you ❤
We took our little Babi Baby to go get spayed. We were a bit concerned because we had a bad experience with a different Vet. They were very wonderful and understanding. They treated our little girl like she was the most important one there. They are very caring. I will be taking all my pets there from now on. Thank you so much for taking very good care of Babi Baby..
I took my sick cat in to get some tests done, It took 3 different visits to get a urine sample, one of which where they kept her all day. I never got any updates on the test results, my cat was feeling better so I assumed no news was good news, but she started getting sick again so I called and they told me she was in early renal failure, they sat on this news for 2 months without telling me and that's time wasted getting her the help she needs and never gave me info on what to do to help her.
