They offer great customer service, reliable prices, and always go above and beyond for me and my family. Not to mention, they also perform full maintenance on your vehicle if needed. I brought my Impala in for a safety inspection and was extremely disappointed with the experience. They claimed I need new front lower control arms because there was “play” in them — this is completely inaccurate. I recently had the bushings replaced by another mechanic, and everything was confirmed to be in good condition. They also said I need rear brakes and rotors based purely on some surface rust and the smooth contact area where the pads meet the rotors.
