Very disappointed with service. For one they charge way to much money.. poorly trained and lack extreme empathy. I find that concerning.. Im not sure why people would go into this business if they dont care? Went and had my dog cremation at the other Atascadero pet hospital in town. Wayyyyy nicer people and I told them what had happend. Say the least shame on you guys
This is Bella they had cared for her many times years back even performed emergency surgery saving her life she was 16 I was told last Nov by another vet she had a couple weeks to live then I found out my twin was dieing she passed Dec 12 2025 on a Friday the Lord in his mercy had my Bella make it till June 11 2026 she started bleeding out of her butt ect the problem was they could stop an help her but she would be back that night or next day even worse it was the hardest decision to love her was to not let her suffer she wa... read more
I've been going to Atascadero Pet Hospital for longer than I recall. Their 24x7 hours of operation is an amazing service to the community. Mostly though, I want to say that each and every time I have been there, with either a dog or cat, the entire staff is simply incredible. Whether it is the person at the front desk with a sympathetic understanding of why you're there, or the vet techs helping to inform you of what's next, or an incredible veterinarian doctor making time to help by whatever means needed, as if you're the o... read more
