I would give more stars if I could. I had an exceptional experience today at the hospital. This is a well oiled machine with very professional staff. My experience was well beyond my expectations.
I didn't get the names of the people at the front desk but they were kind and accommodating! The drop off service was quick and convenient. Ill definitely be taking my pets back in the future!
From the moment we entered the building the staff on duty was extremely rude not wanting us to even stay; saying it was going to take 2 hours to see the vet almost as if they wanted us to leave. They gossiped about us as we were in the sitting room we could hear their entire conversation making us out to be fools for worrying about our 12lb dachshund who consumed a large quantity of home made chocolate cake with espresso powder in the mix.
