Very Unprofessional and Disappointing My wife had surgery here in Dec 2023 based on their advice that it was better than injections. In Aug 2025, she returned due to discomfort, and shockingly, the doctor compared her ear to an automobile. Now they’re saying injections are better after all. Totally unprofessional, confusing, and careless. We feel misled and deeply disappointed. Not recommended.
I had a very disappointing experience during my visit today. The doctor was unprofessional and unwilling to listen to my concerns. When I asked questions to better understand my options, instead of explaining the benefits and potential side effects of the proposed injection, he simply said, "I have an injection. If you want it, I’ll give it to you." How am I supposed to make an informed decision without proper information? The older Dr there is really kind and has a lot of time for you.
Dr Dariush Fatehee is very knowledgeable and empathetic! Highly recommend him. He listened to all my concerns and gave a holistic advice. The receptionist is very lovely as well
