I had a series of tests including ultrasound & biopsies at MSR of Bayside in 4Q25 and found the staff exceptionally well-organized, friendly, and highly competent. Nadia recommended Dr. Beth Siegel at NY Presbyterian who operated on me and I am totally satisfied with her care and attention-to-detail. AnnMarie is Nadia's manager and she confirmed that Dr. Siegel has an amazing staff and I have found that to be true as well.
Had an early appointment at 8 A.M at the Francis Lewis Blvd location, and Everyone was friendly as soon as you walked in to check you in. The staff was patient and informative as well. I was skeptical when I first walked downstairs to wait to be called in and saw a group of people waiting, but I only waited a few minutes downstairs to get called in for my MRI and everything went well!
