Good pub with upscale pub food
Great food great service.
On the positive, the gin cucumber cocktail was quite tasty. Service was good at first, then non existent. I think the waitress was covering way too many tables. The food was horrendous. The pulled pork nachos were terrible. Chips were all burnt (although I do appreciate the fact they looked fresh made). The pork had zero flavor as did the cheese sauce. Only thing with flavor was the BBQ sauce. We had the sliders too and they were like hockey pucks. The buns were dry and hard. The fries were OK.
Everyone was great except for one of the bartenders. If you work at a bar don’t be mad that you’re working late. He was very insistent about when we had to leave, reminding us every minute how much time was left, and then still made us leave earlier than that. I was having a great time before interacting with him. The other bartender and the bouncers were all so nice and respectful.
