They really need a cleaning at this retail property windows and sidewalks are disgusting. Parking lot is HORRIBLE wholes and cracks EVERYWHERE.
Absolutely atrocious. Really deserve a negative number. They should be reported to TREC.

Been renting from them for almost 3 years now and never had no issues , my water heater went out and they fixed it the next day, my AC went out and they sent a repair guy the same day, no complaints on my end! My sister also rents from them and she’s never had any issues either so .. not sure about the bad reviews but my experience has been positive.
They refuse to fix things like leaky roofs & plumbing issues, will tell the tenants it is their responsibility to fix on their dime & still expect rent to be paid.
