After a long wait, we were seated, and that is where the service ended. We were left alone to figure out the menu, ordering (done at a counter), and getting our own drinks. Despite the absence of any service beyond dropping the burned food at our table, we were charged a 15% gratuity on the overpriced, burned food. We had the BBQ chicken pizza, chicken parmesan, and garlic knots, and it was $80.
