Would give 0 if I could! Over charged me and would have let my dog die slowly and painfully. Got a price quote for hernia repair/dental cleaning for $529. When I came in for the pre-surgery work up I was given a new price sheet almost 2 times higher and forced to sign even after I told them the prices were way off. They said they would "see what they could do" but to sign anyway because those were the right services. Expensive. They don’t return calls. My cat was diagnosed with kidney failure and I was told she needed prescription food. I’ve been there several times and can’t get the prescription. They even said one time they would email it. Didn’t. Tried to get her BP meds refilled. Techs on break. Yeah. Returned several hours later. Nothing. No refill and still no rx for food. Seems very uncaring to me
