I waited two months for an appointment, and one day before they call me to cancel the appointment, I think it is not a very responsible service company. It is as if the only important time is for Main Street, not for the client.
We have been going to Main Street Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics since we moved to Cape Coral (6 years ago). We are very happy with Dr. Hester and Dr. Cardounel, they are amazing. Unfortunely, I cannot say the same thing about their treatment coordinator/billing person. They are billing my new insurance Humana for treatments done 2 years ago when I had Metlife and of course Humana is going to denied it but now she is trying to charge us $600 out of pocket because she doesn't know how to do her job. I was trying to make an appointment and the secretary was so rude. I could even make the appointment. Great costumer service…
When we first went here three years ago it was a pleasant experience. My son was not ready for braces so we had to come back once a year to see if he was ready. We finally were told that he is able to get his braces and were told that we would get a call back the next day after our appointment to finalize the cost after they verified with our insurance.
