I recently bought a pink bidjar from this store and I could assure you the owner is very knowledgeable about rugs and he knew right away after showing me few rugs what I was looking for and this saved a lot of time. The owner is retiring soon and I highly recommend that you take advantage of his knowledge.

They've done a great job cleaning and getting the dog smell out of two different oriental carpets now!
Very professional - my Moroccan rugs look and smell great after the cleaning, and I picked up a nice carpeted doormat while I was there.
A very knowledgeable person answers your phone call, schedules a prompt pickup, and then communicates in advance about the time of return. We had an Persian carpet that is about 100 years old and they did a fabulous job of restoring it. I would highly recommend using their services in general because of the prompt service, but especially if you have an old and valuable carpet.
