I just took my mom there for her 11:00 appointment but the staff told me that she has no appointment today. However their system shows that someone already called us for making appointment reminder. So I told them that it’s a lady who spoke with me on the phone and she scheduled my mom appointment for today at 11:00, April 2nd, 2026.
