I just took my mom there for her 11:00 appointment but the staff told me that she has no appointment today. However their system shows that someone already called us for making appointment reminder. So I told them that it’s a lady who spoke with me on the phone and she scheduled my mom appointment for today at 11:00, April 2nd, 2026. The staff only could let my mom wait for one hour for her turn, I did ask my mom but she couldn’t wait because she is a final stage renal failure patient and has to be on dialysis every day so I... read more
