I want to thank Dr. Shen for correcting my glasses and prescription! I’d been dealing with eye strain and headaches for a few months, and it turns out my previous doctor at a different store gave me the wrong prescription. They expected me at the exact time, and the optometrist was amazing—explaining everything in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand. After the appointment, I provided my extra benefits number in advance, and at checkout, I paid the difference they requested. Great ambiance, I like it that I had a complete assessment of my eyes health.
Dr. Shen was very nice and informative, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. His staff (both receptionists and pre-examiner) is also friendly, helpful, and patient, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness!
I got my OK lenses and they work great. The doctor was helpful and taught me how to use them.
