2 stars for the customer service. They were nice and got me in quickly. However.... I have a 2013 challenger and the alternator went out. I brought them a new one and they installed it. About 2 weeks ago I had to put my car in the dealership for maintenance repairs and they told me the alternator was rattling. I assumed it was a bad bearing in the pulley. I picked up a 94 truck from this man. They specifically said ain't nothing wrong with it, it's old but it'll last at least a year or 2. I get it home. MULTIPLE things my boyfriend had to fix on it, and low and behold, it wasn't staying on longer then maybe 20-25miles. Had these people come up here, tell me they'd look into it and fix it if something was wrong, and if it started having any problems again they'd make it right.
