Absolutely horrible. The office manager Mrs. Tamburrino is a nasty lady. All she cares about is money. The whole staff us rude and obnoxious and very incompetent. I missed one appointment do to vomiting and they refuse to see me again. Claiming I missed 14 appointments. WHAT. When I asked foe dates they could only give me 2 dates. What happend to 14. And the other 2 dates I didn't even have. The incompetence and nastiness is ridiculous. They should go back to NY and get out of Jersey. I am reporting them to a medical board.
HORRIBLE! Wait months for an appointment then hours for the doctor to even show up in the office but God forbid you mix your days up and unintentionally miss an appointment they are quick to send that $50.00 no show bill in the mail. The upfront crew is rude. You call the billing department she rudely tells you to call the office. Not worth the headache or aggravation. Wonderful cardiologist, pleasant staff, plenty of parking
DR. Tamburrino is a very thorough, caring, personable doctor. The staff are great.
HORRIBLE! If you want to wait months for an appointment after an ER visit. Be rushed and not have things explained to you and be disregarded by office staff then this is the office for you. I am in healthcare myself and I have never written a negative review of an office before. STEER CLEAR of this place if you want to be treated like you matter!
