I switched to Main Street Medical because Health Care Partners mishandled my billing. I made the appointment for my yearly physical and told them that from the start. My insurance covers that 100%. I got a bill for $30, which I should not have gotten. They (billing company) are trying to tell me now that the $30 isn't for a copay, but is for the Drs time. Seriously? I've been trying to get a physical for over a year and was never told I have to establish myself as a new patient with a separate visit first, which is lame. Wou... read more
