My husband and I are patients of Dr. Boulware. My first review wasn’t quite so favorable. But those problems have been corrected. The office staff is very friendly and cordial. And Dr Boulware…Where can I begin….Dr B as he’s lovingly called by some patients, is very professional and caring. He sits and listens, make you feel welcomed, and not critical of your illness. He’s a patient, caring doctor. I’m glad we made the decision to come under his care. Thank you Main Street Medical for care. Janet Hunter

The doctor was thorough, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about my concerns. I appreciated the time he took to listen and explain everything clearly. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude, dry, and impatient. When I asked a question, she responded in a way that felt dismissive and disrespectful. My 25 year old son went to him as a new patient when he was having terrible chest pain, they did bloodwork and NEVER called my son back!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Don’t recommend him at all! They took his money and never followed up with my son!! 😡😡
