Absolutely phenomenal practice! Such a small town feel to this office. From the front desk, the nurse, and the Doc, everything is exceptional!
Great place to take your kids when they are sick. Dr listens and addresses all concerns. Very thankful for this practice.

I’m a patient of Dr. Boulware. I’m not questioning him as a Dr. because I believe he’s good at his profession. Each visit with him has been warm and he listened and made his diagnoses. What bothered me was I had an appt at 10:30 am. Got there about 15-20 min ahead of time. There were people coming in with no appt and they were put ahead of me until I was the very last one called back, leaving at 12:30 noon. I know there’s Urgent Care going on also.
