Wonderful staff from the front desk to the doctors, nurses and pathology staff. Never a problem getting an appointment. Thank you all.
I’ve only been in town a few months but I’ve been seeing Dr Yap at Main st Medical in Lowood since the first week I arrived because my family said they were great ! Dr Yap is fantastic, very thorough and nothing is too much trouble , the nurse Zoe is awesome, very knowledgeable, has me laughing even during procedures! Oh and I must not forget the lady in pathology is also amazing at her job (this is from someone who drs in Sydney struggled to find my veins and do blood tests) she has made it look easy ! I didn’t feel very helped or cared for when approaching this medical service. I think Kerry was the persons name on reception this day.
