Called to get a refund as there was no soap coming out it just washed my car with water the whole time. I called and gave my name email and phone number just incase along with my address as I’m sure they would just send a check or voucher code and I received nothing. It’s been over 2 months and I haven’t received a call, email or anything in the mail. I haven’t been back since. It sucks because it’s one of the more reasonably priced washes in the area.
Best car wash and brushless too. And also the best priced. I had jammed the kiosk with $1 bills that I had with me taking up pocket space and the owner made it right with me with out knowing exactly how much I use that facility. I intentionally left that information out of our conversation and was treated very fairly , regardless if I was a once a month customer, or 100....
