Tarek did an amazing job communicating with me the process of fixing the engagement ring that I will use. I ordered it 3 sizes too small (using a conversion chart wrong) and he and his employees did an incredible job getting it to the write size and even going a step further and engraving the metal they added to mimic the original ring maker's cast design. I went here at 3:45 PM to have a bracelet repaired, rang the bell, and no one ever came to open the door after almost 10 minutes. But here’s the thing: While I was at the door looking for any potential employees through the glass, I noticed that this place is full of CONFEDERATE FLAGS. So I would not give this racist place my business anyway, but wanted to let the public know as a heads-up in case you’d prefer to avoid a business that displays Confederate flags. Disgusting.
