Was happy to find an affordable place to size my rings. Well I guess I got what I paid for. I now have to replace 3 diamonds after letting her size my rings. 1 fell out, 1 of the 2 she caused discoloration to and one she replaced with a cheaper diamond. Which she failed to inform me that she lost one and had to replace it.
I’ve been dealing with Pam for years!.She’s the only one I’ve trust my jewelry with..Now that she’s closing the store🥲.It’s like trusting someone else with your jewelry 😔..
Ms pam the best better than all three places i went to in Florence who kept messing my watches up plus she replace a stone like brand new 5 stars
took a month later than the promised date on my chain. it only needed soldered in 2 places and they never called me to tell me it was done. had to call to ask if it was done.
