Stopped with my wife this morning for a blood draw at 7:20 am. This was the sign taped to the door? The website says open at 7:00 am? This was not very professional and we now need to miss more time from work to get her Labs done. Thanks Corewell.
I went online and it said they were opened til 3:30. So I arrived at 11:40 and it says it’s closed til 1:30 on the clipboard. I asked the at lady next and she said to sign in, she’s taking people, she’s just with someone at the moment. So I signed in and sat for like 20 mins. A person came out, and she left the door cracked so I went up and asked. She said they weren’t taking anyone. Fix your online hours if your not going to see people for hours, that’s just crazy and was a waste of my time and gas.

Have to share a good review as it was a strange day. I had to get blood work done, and I went to the Corewell on Biddle in Wyandotte at 730am. Come to find out that that they closed for good Dec 31, 2025. So, they recommended this location. When I got there, I was the only person, and Ms. Cathie Jo asked if I had my paperwork order from my doctor. I said no since they told me I didn't need it.
