Vicky Ha can barely read English forms, she screws up basic paperwork and is very difficult to work with as she takes no accountability for poor documentation. Her incompetence impacted us financially, do not use her.
Very bad experience with this company. I’m late to post this, but early this year I had my vehicle window broken into, I was very distressed. I called the office and the guy I spoke to didn’t care in the slightest, and basically said it wasn’t their problem and that there was nothing that they could do. It’s really disheartening when you pay a company an obscene amount of money, and they can’t even offer you compassion in a stressful situation.
