Beautiful, well appointed room! Great communication regarding check in and parking! The giant homemade cinnamon roll in our room was a delicious surprise!
Main Street Inn is a gem in downtown Galena. The rooms are lovely and comfy and very clean! Staff provides for your every need. The location is perfect for exploring downtown and eating at wonderful restaurants, hopping on the trolly, and hiking up the hills and steps. Free private parking makes it easy to jump in the car for further destinations. Excellent experience.
Great location..
Great place to stay right in downtown Galena, next to Poopsies. There were snacks, various coffees and teas and a small refrigerator for all of the guests. The stairs to get up to the rooms are steep but a hotel staff member will help you with your luggage. I recommend Main Street Inn for able bodied guests whole heartedly!
Overall great experience! We were pleasantly surprised by a private parking space, and were greeted by a very nice employee. The room itself was very well kept and had a consistent theme, very cute! There was a nice public sitting area, and a lot of free snacks, not to mention the complimentary giant cinnamon roll that comes with all rooms!
