The staff was absolutely amazing here. The doctor really cared and so does the girls working the front desk. I definitely recommend you go here after a car wreck!
Had my 5th and last Visit! Every single time I notice a lack of basic hygiene practices, such as disinfecting the therapy beds after each patient. The girl just moves patients from bed to bed and then rushes back to her desk, it's disgusting. I was placed in a room and left there for an extended period without any guidance or communication. I had to verbally say "what am I supposed to be doing"? When asked if there are any exercises I can do, the girl looked at me as if she was confused and told me just to stretch...That was... read more
