Terrible customer service! What a shame , the girls were to busy eating and on their phones! No customers. My hubby n I bused all the way there, to be just brushed off!! Had been to the same store on the Northshore ( they were very kind and helpful) I had bought 2 lil bags of hunny for my nurses and asked for them wrapped as they happily had done on the NShore, voluntarily, so kind! Posting this in the hopes it helps others avoid a similar frustration. My honey refill was not properly closed, and about half the jar spilled all over my reusable bag, tote, and everything inside. When I came back a couple of hours later, the staff member helping me simply asked what I wanted and didn't offer any help. I was told it's the customer's responsibility to make sure the lid is properly closed, even though the staff are the ones closing it. Best Honey Shop ever!! I was driving for the first time to this location from Coquitlam and I was a bit nervous about parking in this busy neighborhood. Maria was very kind to me over the phone and mentioned that they have parking at the back of the building. She asked me to knock at the back door when I arrive and they'll let me in.
