Main Street Homes is a sub rate builder. They have no oversight of their contractors. I have had tons of quality issues with my house. I would never buy from them again.
I really wanted to like this builder. The community was great, but sadly I can’t say anything positive about my experience. Here’s our story: we signed a contract to build a home in the community (we were building while living in another state) and we were told that if we delayed any step we’d fall behind in their queue. Main Street has been a wonderful builder to work with even after our build was complete. Just like with any new house, a few issues have appeared. Main Street was very responsive and went above and beyond to solve the issues for us. I would definitely build a home with them again.
