I phoned John in the morning after my boiler came up with a fault! He came the same day and sorted it no bother, he was friendly and efficient and kept in contact about what time he would be coming. He went the extra mile and drilled holes in the back of our cupboard for easier access to a second valve that we had no idea was there! Lifesaver!
