I appreciate this store being in Versailles. It saves me from having to drive to Lexington or Frankfort every time I need screws or nails etc. for a project I’m working on. They usually have what I need.

Disappointing Customer Service I went to Ace Hardware hoping to buy a paint sample, only to be met with dismissive, unhelpful service. When I asked about purchasing a sample, I was told, "Not today, come back tomorrow," with no explanation or willingness to help further. The staff member seemed inconvenienced by my request. Well I won’t be making return trip!
