They charge $250 for Keratin plus $12 to trim bangs. My hair is still frizzy. Treatment is supposed to take 2 to 3 hours. Sarah did it in 1 hour and 10 minutes including hair washing. She said once she get's in the zone she is fast. This is bull. You have to take the time to get a good result. Spoke to the manager/owner. She gaslighted me and could care less. Never going back.
Be careful what you ask for. Wanted my hair straightened. Was still frizzy underneath. Manager gaslighted me. Said I was informed. Paid $250 plus $12 to trim my bangs. Had another appointment upcoming which would have been $$$ and I cancelled it and they could care less. Told me wish you luck, very snotty.
