Wonderful, small family owned gym with all the equipment you'll need great classes for all kinds of different things from yoga to group workout classes, personal training and things geared for older people. No matter how experienced you are you will not feel out of place here. Its a judgement free zone so come and get your body and mind in better shape.
Fabulous facility; just started going ,2 visits & am super impressed. Superbly equipped, right down to steam room/sauna. Fitness classes a real plus. Go There!!
