The 1 star is for the FRONT DESK!Once you get to the BACK...they try to RUSH YOU OUT!They need to get rid of KIM HOLLAND(even the Nurse was saying she does not listen to PATIENTS about THEIR HEALTH!)The bathroom had toilet paper in the sink and the method of leaving your URINE in the bathroom in a cup in a closet is HORRIFIC!Patients do NOT have to deal with this nonsense and with even chronic health issues DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS!And KIM HOLLAND BETTER STAND DOWN!And don't send NONE of your minions FOR ME!IM WATCHING
