Rich is a friendly guys, had to come back a second day to finish the job with a different tool set to unclog a drain that was filled with roots 75ft downstream. Could not have done it without him. Not the most punctual with regards to time, however I was not inconvenienced by it and the job was done right with a good price.
He came the same day I called and was super knowledgeable and had all the right equipment. Will definitely be using him again. Thanks so much!

This guy doesn't even deserve 1 star we hired rich to clean our sewer drain he showed up 2 hours late for the initial meeting then about an hour into the job said he had to go get some parts and wanted 200 dollars up front for it ,he then disappeared for 4 hours he came back after repeated phone calls, two days later after paying him 1000 dollars in cash he said it was fixed one hour later I called him back because it was still backing up after several calls in the morning we had to hire another company to fix it also he spe... read more
