Absolutely horrible place to work with! My fiancé had a custom ring made here, and it was awful from the start! He wanted a specific design for my engagement ring, with an Elk ivory set in the middle instead of a stone. The first ring they made was hideous. It matched nothing of what my fiancé had described and was so poorly made. After arguing with them, wanting his money back. They said they wouldn't, and instead gave him store credit. Never do out of state business with this jeweler. They don't do what they day they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. They never call back, they don't keep their own deadlines and promises but dish them out like candy. I'm extremely frustrated. They act like an honest organization but in my experience haven't been forthright right down to actually sending my ring back to me. Never again. Might as well buy with someone else because a lasting relationship with this jeweler is not stress-free
