Let me preface this review by saying the individuals that work on patients at this practice are very professional and the care and attention that Dr. Utterbeck gives to both her work and her patients is top notch. However, my experience with the front desk and administrative side of the business was lackluster at best. I booked a cleaning about a week or so ago, and it went great. Most patients dread a visit to their dentist... Except when your dentist is Dr. Utterback! Her assistant and her secretary are excellent at their job. They are also very friendly.
