The front desk overcharged me more than double my insurance company’s allowable rate. They don’t give you much of a choice when you check out other than to pay the bill. I received my EOB a few days later and called to request a refund. It turns out the front desk had the correct insurance estimate but arbitrarily overcharged me. I have been a patient with this group since they opened! Yes!! Dr. Park was an amazing dentist and human! But- all the rest of the dentists, hygienists, office staff, even the traveling help - have been equally great! They gently care for my teeth and my dentist anxiety! They don't shame me if I didn't floss enough between cleanings. But they will tell me to do better.
