Dentist is very good, but twice they've dropped the ball on ordering my retainer. I've had to take control of calling their office to ensure it's been taken care of. Received zero follow up communication from office after leaving a message that it needed to be ordered....as dentist said he would do several weeks before. This happened exactly a year prior. I had my first appointment at Main Street Dental today and it all went wonderfully. Diane, the dental Hygienist that worked with me was great and explained all that they were going to do, took all the X-rays that they needed, complimented me on how well I have taken care of my teeth, recommended a new electric toothbrush than the one I have used for years, and finally, the dental chair gave me a back massage for the entire almost two hours for this appointment!
