Very pleased with my visit, took my insurance no problem, left there not paying a dime, great caring folks all the way around, I'll be going back.
If I could leave a Zero I would. Very poor communication from them. I work for a small local business with only 2 employees. 1 was sick so had to call and reschedule my appointment. Not only did they charge me a $50 cancellation fee but also cancelled my prepaid plan I had already paid for in full. No one ever mentioned this when I called them. Or I may have been able to make other plans. Also never same employees in the office. Take your business elsewhere if possible.
One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! Came in to fix a couple botched fillings from a money hungry office in Asheville. That original office told me I’d need a root canal to fix my issues.. which was INSANE. All I needed was my bite adjusted. I came in here telling them my problem and she immediately got to work checking everything from my bite, to if my nerve was inflamed, to if my tooth/filling was cracked. Dr. Perlow and her assistant are exceptional. They both take great pride in their work and show such compassion. The sweet ladies at the front desk are very helpful and knowledgeable, in regards to their work. As long as you are there, you will always be my dentist. Thank you so much!!!
