Main Street Coffee House was a delight to discover in small town USA Kiowa. As one who has had multiple coffee houses everywhere I have previously lived, moving here, I didn't think I would find one, let alone one who could make my favorite drink. Kim, the owner, could and did. Thrilled I am. The atmosphere is friendly and laid-back with cushions for your bottom if you want them. They have homemade donuts, bagal-dogs, and burritos. Her service is awesome! I am grateful to have met her and her shop.

Awesome little coffee shop. Great coffee actually! All the foods we had multiple days were all top notch as well. Never had Cherry Cheesecake Brownies before but I sure don’t regret it! The lady who ran it was awesome and super friendly. She goes and gets fresh artisan well water from a natural spring for her coffee. Glad we stopped and visited with her, hope to come back!
