People were very nice. But there was definitely to chop happy thing. My hair is not laying down naturally like it used to, It's super frizzy. Asked for my hair to be textured only for my face framed area. Somehow turned into a texturing all over my head which I believe is why my hair is super frizzy in the back. I dislike my hair but it does grow back.
